Instructions

  3. Shred the chicken: Once cooked, remove chicken breasts and shred them using two forks. Mix the shredded chicken with additional buffalo sauce to keep it moist and flavorful.
  4. Assemble the slaw: In a bowl, toss the coleslaw with the blue cheese dressing until evenly coated to create the blue cheese slaw.
  5. Toast the buns: Lightly toast the potato hamburger buns to enhance texture and flavor.
  6. Build the burgers: Place a generous portion of shredded buffalo chicken on the bottom bun. Top with a slice of mozzarella cheese and a heap of the blue cheese slaw. Cover with the top bun.
