Brownie Crust:
- 1 box Ghirardelli Chocolate Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (or canola)
- 1/4 cup water
Cream Cheese Layer:
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream*
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup finely chopped strawberries
Toppings:
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- White or dark chocolate bar, chopped or grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Prepare the crust: Mix egg, oil, water, and brownie mix. Spread on a pizza stone and bake.
- Make the cream cheese layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Whip cream until stiff peaks and fold in strawberries.
- Assemble the pizza: Spread cream cheese mixture on cooled brownie crust. Top with berries and chocolate.
- Chill and serve: Chill the pizza until ready to serve, then cut into wedges or squares.
Notes
- *You can substitute the heavy cream for cool whip. Only use 1 tablespoon granulated sugar if you make this substitution.
