- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Cut the apples: Slice the apple into ¼-inch thick slices and remove the core.
- Prepare the coconut mixture: Combine shredded coconut, almond butter, and maple syrup until well mixed.
- Assemble the Apple Samoas: Spread the coconut mixture on each apple slice and place them on parchment paper.
